Walk up the long southern ridge of the Baigora, a mountain whose position a little apart from the main ranges provides an excellent panoramic viewpoint.

800m of ascent, 6 hours

 Start in the village of Osses. Turn left towards ‘Ecole St Michel’, on a road with yellow marks. At a junction turn left then right by a signpost ‘Haltzamendi’. The road ends at a farm.

WALK

Climb past the farm NW on the stony track following yellow marks. After 10’ turn right NE past a barn and then N up onto the ridge on the well-marked path among chestnut trees.
